A family

Cousin – Kuzmin, Rafael Izmailovich, First Deputy Head of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. Wife – Kuzmina Natalya. The couple have two sons. The people's deputy indicated one of them in the declaration of 2020 – his name is Artyom. Nothing is known about the other son. Kuzmin was repeatedly credited with an affair with an employee from the prosecutor's office, Elena Sigidin. Worked in the department of the GPU responsible for international cooperation of the department. Since the girl knew English well, she accompanied Kuzmin on all foreign trips, translated documents for him. She could often be seen in Kuzmin's waiting room and his office. In 2018, Kuzmin was credited with an affair with another woman. So, in that year, the official of the Ministry of Justice Alisa Oskirko was caught taking a bribe. At the same time, journalist Andrey Dzindzia said that Oskirko was Renat Kuzmin's mistress.

Not official biography

Renat Kuzmin is a representative of the “Donetsk clan” and the “prosecutor's hawk” (as the media call him) of the Yanukovych era. According to the press, in the prosecutor's circles, Kuzmin, without hesitation, was called a “lawlessness”. It is about his moral qualities. Kuzmin led the process of illegal initiation of cases against the former Interior Minister Lutsenko under Part 5 of Article 191, Part 3 of Article 365 and Part 1 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code. Further, also illegally, a case was opened against the former Minister of Environmental Protection of Ukraine Georgiy Filipchuk under Part 3 of Article 365 of the Criminal Code, and against the former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko under Part 3 of Article 365 of the Criminal Code.

Rinat Kuzmin's rating on the Word and Deed website; In 2010, Deputy Prosecutor General Kuzmin released a certain Givi Dzhvebovich Nemsadze with his personal signature. In the underworld, Nemsadze is known as a crime boss nicknamed “Givchik” (or “Papa”). Law enforcers suspected him of organizing a number of murders in the Donetsk region in the 1990s. Renat Kuzmin's methods of work are evidenced by the fact that in 2004, employees of the capital's prosecutor's office on the air of one of the TV channels announced pressure on the staff from the deputy prosecutor general. Forty employees even wrote an appeal to the then presidential candidate Viktor Yushchenko. However, the leadership of the department stated that this appeal is false. In 2013, people's deputy Sergei Vlasenko expressed doubts about the legality of Renat Kuzmin's admission to the law institute in 1985. As the BYuT representative noted, according to the then rules, in order to enter this university, it was necessary to have two years of work experience in internal organs or serve in the army. Vlasenko notes that Kuzmin, who graduated from high school in 1984, could have entered law school illegally. In May 2014, the Main Investigation Department of the same department became interested in the actions of Renat Kuzmin as Deputy Prosecutor General. A criminal case was initiated on the fact that Renat Kuzmin organized the illegal detention of former Interior Minister Yuriy Lutsenko in 2010. In addition, the ex-deputy prosecutor general was suspected of inciting a judge of the Pechersk court of the capital before a preventive measure in the form of arrest was chosen for him. A month later, the prosecutor's office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs put the former Yanukovych-era official on the wanted list.. However, Renat Kuzmin fled abroad. At the same time, his lawyers stated that he did not leave the country. Rinat Kuzmin was wanted: Then the Ukrainian law enforcement officers sent a letter to Interpol with a request to put Renat Kuzmin on the international wanted list.. However, Interpol saw a political nature in the Kuzmin case, and therefore refused to put the Yanukovych-era official on the international wanted list. In September 2015, law enforcement officers opened another criminal case against Renat Kuzmin. This time he was suspected of taking possession of state property, namely, of illegal building of a site on the territory of the Pushcha Voditsa recreation area. Dacha in Pushcha-Voditsa:

Dacha in Pushcha-Vodytsia: Back in 2010, the former deputy head of the Prosecutor General's Office built a house for himself here, with an area of more than a thousand square meters.. The court arrested the property and forbade Kuzmin to use it. According to media reports, in early 2017, during searches of the house of the father of a former prosecutor's office official, a golden shovel was found. In 2014, Renat Kuzmin made a resonant statement on the case of journalist Georgy Gongadze. Kuzmin claimed that a bribe of a billion dollars was paid for the termination of the criminal case against Leonid Kuchma in the case of the murder of Georgy Gongadze. The politician's statement was immediately refuted by Prosecutor General Viktor Pshonka.

From 1984 to 2005, under the leadership of Renat Kuzmin, pre-trial investigations were carried out on a number of murders, attempts and abuses of women and underage girls. Eight people were unfairly convicted in these criminal cases.. In each case, an investigation was carried out on newly discovered circumstances.. And in 2008-2010, the court overturned the sentences against those illegally convicted.

In addition to high-profile investigations against top politicians, he “marked himself” by releasing crime bosses. So, in 2006, Renat Kuzmin refused to start a case against Alexander Melnik, the leader of the Crimean criminal group Salem.

In May 2014, the GPU began pre-trial proceedings against Kuzmin regarding the organization of the unlawful detention of ex-Minister of Internal Affairs Lutsenko. He was also accused of inciting the judge of the Kyiv Pechersk Court to choose a measure of restraint for Lutsenko in the form of arrest.. On June 26 and 27, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the GPU put Kuzmin on the wanted list.

Renat Kuzmin, at the request of Yan Tabachnik, plays “Murka”:

The release of the watching “King of Donbass”

Oleksandr Melnyk has repeatedly been called the leader of the most powerful organized crime group in Crimea “Salem”, “accounting for more than 50 murders”, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko himself. According to information from sources of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, according to the Grani edition, Melnik, who has already served his term in 2001, is charged with organizing the murders of 3 entrepreneurs in Saki in 1996, the explosion of the Simferopol Iceberg company (1995), as a result of who killed a police sergeant and the execution of the Dolda brothers (1995), when another police officer died. Despite such serious accusations, which, we assume, were supported by a weighty evidence base, Deputy Prosecutor General Renat Kuzmin refused to sue Melnik. His refusal prompted Ukrainian journalists to dub Kuzmin “Akhmetov's man” in the Prosecutor General's Office.. Since it was Melnik who for a long time was considered the “watcher” of the “King of Donbass” in Crimea. Kuzmin is considered a “hawk” in the leadership of the Prosecutor General's Office. He represents the Donetsk influence group. In the prosecutor's circles, Kuzmin is frankly called a “bespredelschik”, “who is too Donetsk, even for a person from Donetsk, with all the ensuing moral and behavioral consequences.” Experts attribute Kuzmin's lightning-fast rise through the ranks not to his exceptional personal and professional qualities, but to the support of the then future Prosecutor General (also from Donetsk) and the head of the Derzhava party, Gennady Vasiliev. Already at the end of 2003, Prosecutor General Gennady Vasiliev “pulls” his protege to Kyiv, appointing one of his deputies, and, concurrently, the prosecutor of the capital of Ukraine. Reference: The starting point of the acquaintance of the Kuzmin family with Gennady Vasilyev is considered to be 1993. Then, before the elections to the Verkhovna Rada-1994, Renat's mother, Fedor Anatolyevna, helped candidate Vasiliev get the coveted television broadcast for her election campaign. She worked as an editor of television programs on Donetsk television, and some time later became the main image maker of Gennady Andreevich. After Renat Ravilievich moved to work in Kyiv, his surname, along with the surnames of Vasiliev and Kivalov, also appeared in the list of new members of the High Council of Justice of Ukraine, whose functions, among other things, include: the formation of the judiciary, the investigation of disciplinary violations of judges of the Supreme and specialized courts and consideration of complaints about bringing to justice judges of appellate and local courts and prosecutors. It is very symbolic that Gennady Vasiliev began his career as an intern in the prosecutor's office of the Leninsky district of Donetsk, like Renat Kuzmin, only 15 years earlier. Today we can only guess whether such a curious coincidence to some extent influenced the decision of the ex-Prosecutor General to catalyze the career growth of his favorite Kuzmin, and his two brothers as well. A separate section of the note by the Presidential Secretariat is devoted to the shortcomings of the personnel policy of Prosecutor General Medvedko. It emphasizes that he “introduced and embodies protectionism in the selection and placement of personnel”. In support of this, a list of persons who previously worked in the Donetsk region and now occupy senior positions in the Prosecutor General's Office is provided.. Among them were former employees of the prosecutor's office of the Donetsk region, now deputy prosecutor general: Viktor Pshonka, Viktor Shchetkin, Renat Kuzmin and Viktor Kudryavtsev. “With the personal assistance of Oleksandr Medvedko, key positions in the Prosecutor General’s Office are occupied by people from the Donetsk region,” say JV analysts. As such, the joint venture considers ten leaders of various levels in the apparatus of the Prosecutor General's Office, including Renat Kuzmin's cousin Rafael, who holds the position of assistant to one of the deputy prosecutor general.

Chernovetskiy

There is a lot of talk about the fact that Renat Kuzmin, as a candidate for the prosecutor's “throne” of Kyiv, was to a greater extent a creature not even of the “Donetsk”, but of the current mayor of the capital – Leonid Chernovetsky. This version owes its appearance primarily to the public statements of Kyiv City Council deputy Mikhail Brodsky. It was Brodsky who claimed that Chernovetsky, describing Kuzmin in private conversations, called the latter a “friend” and a “Donetsk lawless person.”

Estates

Deputy Prosecutor General Kuzmin illegally built himself a dacha with an area of 1000 square meters. meters in a protected area near Kyiv on the territory of the recreation complex “Pushcha-Voditsa”. Documents confirming the fact of assigning a dacha in “Pusche-Voditsa”: Documents confirming the fact of assigning a dacha in “Pusche-Voditsa”: The State Administration under the President allowed the Deputy Prosecutor General to carry out the reconstruction and completion of house No. 46/2, as well as the construction of a guest house, a bathhouse, a gazebo with a barbecue on the territory of the Pushcha-Voditsa recreation complex near Kyiv. This is a closed protected area north of the capital, where, since 2004, many well-known politicians and officials have received allotments.. In particular, MPs Nestor Shufrich and Bogdan Gubsky, ex-Secretary of the National Security Council Raisa Bogatyreva, ex-Minister of Defense Oleksandr Kuzmuk and others. Leonid Chernovetsky, by his order, approved the plans of Renat Kuzmin to settle near his elite neighbors. Kuzmin's dacha in Pushcha-Voditsa: The right to carry out reconstruction and completion, in other words, to provide a dacha in the Pushcha-Voditsa complex, was illegally granted to Renat Kuzmin. In particular, at the time of issuing the relevant order of the Kyiv mayor in 2008, the recreation complex did not have the right to permanent use of the land plot where the scandalous house is located.. The right of permanent use arises after its state registration. Renat Kuzmin did not deny granting him the right to reconstruct a house on the territory of the Pushcha-Voditsa recreation complex. However, he did not want to comment on the appearance of information in the press and the interest in him from the deputies.

A family

Several scandals in which the name of the Kuzmins appear are more likely connected with his cousins – Rafael and Konstantin Izmailovich. The first one is hardly inferior to Renat Ravilievich in his odiousness. Back in 1994, Rafik (so affectionately, according to rumors, Rafael Izmailovich is called by the patron of the Kuzmin Vasilyev.), at that time an assistant prosecutor of the Kievsky district of Donetsk, was caught by Berkut fighters taking a bribe from the hands of two employees of the State Security Service. But even here, without the help of the almighty Vasiliev, it could not have done. He gave the “necessary” instructions to the head of the investigative department of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office and the criminal case was put on hold. After the appointment of Gennady Vasiliev as Prosecutor General, Rafik became the Deputy Prosecutor of the Donetsk Region. Those who visited Donetsk drinking and entertainment establishments in the late 90s and later, in particular, the Vienna cafe and the Okolitsa restaurant, can tell a lot about the Kuzmin brothers. Most often, Rafik's rampage of temper was observed in the first place, which was located near the editorial office of the Donetsk News newspaper. And at the beginning of 2004, the Kuzmin brothers in full force, like a family, walked in the elite Donetsk restaurant “Okolitsa”, which is “held” by the shtetl oligarch Yuriy Ruban, who oversees Donetsk boxing and makes friends with the legendary Gennady Uzbek. Then the brothers pretty much “refueled” with alcohol and started a fight right in the room, while in the best traditions of cowboy westerns, breaking dishes and furniture. Is it any wonder that this time the three “heroes” from Donetsk got away with everything? “Outskirts” is located on Shevchenko Boulevard, in the Kalininsky district of Donetsk, whose prosecutor at that time was none other than Kuzmin Jr. – Konstantin.

operational reports

The name of the Deputy Chief of the GPU is known to the general public. In particular, the then Minister of Internal Affairs Yuriy Lutsenko contributed to this. From his lips, open dissatisfaction with the leadership of the Prosecutor General's Office and personally R. Kuzmin about the fact that it is there that the most high-profile criminal cases related to facts of corruption and abuse of power are not being carried out. In addition, opposition politicians complained to R. Kuzmin that he was fulfilling the orders of the Party of Regions and “subdued” ex-Prosecutor General Alexander Medvedko.

The Prosecutor General's Office hides the cause of death of a teenager after vaccination

The General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine refused to provide the Ministry of Health with information on the results of a forensic medical examination regarding the causes of death of a teenager after measles vaccination. According to a letter signed by Deputy Prosecutor General Renat Kuzmin, the General Directorate for Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the Prosecutor General's Office on the death of Anton Tyshchenko has appointed an additional forensic medical examination, which is entrusted to experts from the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine. But the Ministry of Health of Ukraine believes that delaying the investigation of the mentioned process does not benefit either society or the state. May 13, 2008. A high school student from Kramatorsk, Anton Tishchenko, after being vaccinated against measles and rubella the day before, died in intensive care. According to the Ministry of Health, representatives of the Prosecutor General's Office seized pathomorphological materials in May 2008, preventing the Ministry of Health commission from seeing the results of an analysis that would have established the real cause of the teenager's death. On July 4, the Ministry of Health, which has been repeatedly accused of delaying the investigation, sent a corresponding letter with a request to provide information from the forensic experts of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine or to allow representatives of the Ministry of Health to examine the materials on their own.

Declaration

According to the declaration filed in March 2021, Kuzmin Renat Ravelevich does not own any real estate. However, some of them have the right to use. In particular, Renat Kuzmin indicates in the declaration the father's apartment and the son's apartment, as well as a residential building and two parts of the living space, which belong to relatives or third parties. In addition, Rinat Kuzmin indicates that he has 4% of the unfinished construction in the city of Yalta (Crimea). Of the valuable movable property, Kuzmin has collections of watches, weapons, books and coins.. He also indicates valuable portfolios and works of art. Rinat Kuzmin does not have his own car, however, he indicates MERCEDES-BENZ V 300 D on the right to drive, and MERCEDES G 63 AMG on the right to use. For the year, Rinat Kuzmin received an income of 863 thousand 306 hryvnias.

Rinat Kuzmin's monetary assets (savings): 6 million 53 thousand 825 hryvnias, 2 million 480 thousand 598 dollars and 225 thousand 769 euros.

In the sheep's clothing of a lawyer

After the second Maidan, the Kuzmin brothers quickly lost their positions and almost lost their freedom: they “got” and “upset” too many during the second reign of the “Donetsk”. There were especially many complaints against Renat Kuzmin, who was called almost the main “financial superintendent” of the golden Prosecutor General Pshonka. In the media, one could find many stories that it was the first deputy of Pshonka who monitored the work of the “prosecutor's mafia” system, which daily shook millions of dollars out of Ukrainians.. And Yulia Tymoshenko and especially Yury Lutsenko quite rightly wanted to take revenge on Kuzmin. Nevertheless, he remained in the public eye for a long time and even participated in the presidential elections – in which he scored as much as 0.1%.

But in June 2014, there was even a court order to arrest Renat Kuzmin under article 371 of part 3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. By that time, Kuzmin had already fled, so I had to put him on the international wanted list.. But in 2015, the situation changed: Interpol said that the persecution of Kuzmin was political in nature.. Apparently, this greatly encouraged Kuzmin, since he decided to radically change his image for a “famous Ukrainian lawyer” and a lawyer from his own “Law Association Kuzmin and Partners”.

Now the former extortionate prosecutor's favorite pastime has become lawyer requests and demands sent by Kuzmin to his sworn adversary Yuriy Lutsenko, who holds the seat of the Prosecutor General. What resonant topics does he not take to accuse Lutsenko of violating procedures and delaying the investigation, of not providing protection by a witness, of putting pressure on the investigation, of deliberately blocking – in a word, of everything that he once did himself. And Lutsenko, in response … opened a criminal case against the prosecutors who are conducting criminal proceedings against Renat Kuzmin – because they have been dealing with it for almost three years. At the same time, which is also interesting, criminal proceedings against the former Deputy Prosecutor General Kuzmin were initiated not for his numerous “extortion” and extortion, but only for actions against Yuriy Lutsenko and Yulia Tymoshenko. This is just personal revenge.

Kuzmin became the “defender and representative” of the mother of the murdered Oles Buzina:

For some six months, Kuzmin managed to become the “defender and representative” of the mother of the murdered Oles Buzina, the initiator of the additional investigation into the case of Gergiy Gongandze and the initiation of a new case against Leonid Kuchma; he accused Yuriy Lutsenko of buying his position (through Oleksandr Onishchenko) from Petro Poroshenko and treason. But, apparently, believing that such activities create an insufficiently powerful information and news field, Renat Kuzmin also became a blogger – apparently inspired by the successes of Anatoly Shariy and Tatyana Montyan.

Renat Kuzmin regrets that supporters of Ukraine were not shot

A former henchman of Yanukovych, and now an ally of Medvedchuk, regrets that there were no Odessans with weapons who shot the pro-Ukrainian procession on the anniversary of the tragedy in Odessa on May 2.

Rinat Kuzmin spoke about this on his Facebook page and posted a video with a large-scale march of supporters of Ukraine, which took place on May 2, 2021. He called the pro-Ukrainian activists “Nazis” and wondered why then, seven years ago, Odessans with legal firearms ” offered no resistance,” and added, “and where were you today.”

Yushchenko, Moroz, Shariy and Kuzmin became the heroes of a propaganda film

A number of former Ukrainian officials starred in the propaganda film “Ukraine – the eternal present”. It was shown, in particular, on the air of the Russian state television channel RT. RT claims that in the film, former Ukrainian officials shared stories about 30 years of Independence with the American director. However, this is not entirely true. Although the Russian TV channel added its own logo to the video, this is the work of the Global 3 Pictures production team. The Facebook page says the company is based in California.. Its founder is director and producer 52-year-old Igor Lopatenok. Lopatenok is from Ukraine, but has Russian citizenship. According to information on Wikipedia, Lopatenok has American and Russian citizenship, although he was born in the city of Marganets, Dnepropetrovsk region. In Ukraine, he studied rocket science. Subsequently, he did business in Dnepropetrovsk and Moscow. And in 2003 he went to the cinema and became a co-founder of the Tekhnomedia company.. Already in 2008, the man moved to live in the United States.

Taras Kozak and Renat Kuzmin flew many times from Russia to Crimea using Russian passports – Novaya Gazeta

People’s deputies of Ukraine from the Opposition Platform for Life – the owner of the “Medvedchuk channels” Taras Kozak and a regular guest of these channels, the former Deputy Prosecutor General of the Yanukovych era Renat Kuzmin – flew from Russia to the occupied Crimea and other countries many times using Russian passports. The Russian newspaper Novaya Gazeta writes about this, citing its own sources in law enforcement agencies.

The journalists managed to find out more about the “travels” of people's deputies, who were not delegated by anyone to negotiate with the Kremlin on the exchange of prisoners or anything else. For example, ex-Deputy Prosecutor General Renat Kuzmin flew from 2015 to 2019 on the route Moscow – Simferopol – Moscow (sometimes St. Petersburg – Simferopol) about 240 times. True, until the summer of 2019, he was not a people's deputy, but was wanted as a defendant in investigations launched after the Maidan. The criminal cases against him never reached the court.. And since he lived in the occupied Crimea, which is part of Ukraine, he did not formally leave the country for a long time, so he was able to participate in parliamentary elections.

However, in September 2019, already with a deputy mandate, Kuzmin flew twice to Simferopol from Moscow. On March 9, 2020, he traveled from Minsk to Moscow on a T7-BRG business jet, and the very next day he hurried on board a T7-GEM from Moscow to Vilnius. Together with Kuzmin, according to sources, party members Taras Kozak and Alexander Koltunovich traveled, as well as oil businessman from Belarus Nikolai Vorobei. The latter is under EU sanctions and is one of the owners of the PrykarpatZapadtrans company. It operates part of the Samara-Western Direction oil product pipeline, through which diesel fuel from Russia and Belarus is supplied to Ukraine, as well as for transit to the EU – this is the so-called “Medvedchuk pipe”, which was arrested after the imposition of sanctions against it in 2021 .

Interestingly, for flights from the Russian Federation to third countries, Kuzmin allegedly used a Russian international passport 88*****69, but there is no “88” series in Russia.

Candidate for People's Deputies Renat Kuzmin has not lived in Ukraine for the last five years

The Prosecutor General's Office stated that the candidate for people's deputies Renat Kuzmin has not lived in Ukraine for the last five years. The press secretary of the Prosecutor General Larisa Sargan wrote about this on Facebook.

“On June 20, 2019, a letter was sent to the Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission, Yevgeny Radchenko, signed by the Deputy Prosecutor General, which indicated the investigation of criminal proceedings on suspicion … Kuzmin of committing especially serious crimes, including the legalization (laundering) of property obtained by criminal means, for the commission of which the law provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of eight to 15 years with confiscation of property,” said Sargan.

She stressed that in the course of the investigation, it was not possible to establish the actual location of Kuzmin on the territory of Ukraine, and he was put on the wanted list.

Wanted deputy Pshonka became a deputy and hides in BP:

According to law enforcers, Kuzmin could be hiding from the pre-trial investigation authorities not only in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, but also in the territory of the Russian Federation. “However, this “candidate” was quietly registered as a candidate on the list of one of the parties and was ignored by both the media and activists,” Sargan added.

The Ministry of Justice caught the mistress of Renat Kuzmin on a bribe

Alisa Oskirko wanted to get rich by 200 thousand. UAH The Prosecutor General's Office detained Alisa Oskirko, head of the department for accreditation and monitoring of subjects of state registration of the Department of State Registration and Notaries of the Ministry of Justice, and her deputy on a bribe. According to Ukrayinska Pravda, Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko announced the detention (albeit without naming names and surnames) on his Facebook. “We are cleaning up the department of accreditation, control and monitoring of the Ministry of Justice. On the next tranche of the bribe, the head and deputy of the unit were detained,” he wrote. Lutsenko does not indicate the names, but the source of Ukrayinska Pravda in the GPU confirmed that we are talking about Alisa Oskirko. Lutsenko also published a photo with a box of dollars, however, how much was transferred bribe-takers, did not specify.

Collaborator

People's Deputy from the “Opposition Platform – During Life”. During the time of Yanukovych, as the first deputy prosecutor general, he was involved in the case against Yuriy Lutsenko. After the start of the Russian-Ukrainian war in 2014, he was one of the most outspoken lobbyists in Moscow. As far as that in 2020 he deserved the title of “Worst Speaker on Television” according to “Media Detector”. After the Russian attack on February 24, Kuzmin released two Facebook posts that illustrate that he is an abomination. On February 25, the former politician published a historical excursus worthy of Putin. According to him, Turchynov started the war, and then all Ukrainian leaders “shot, bombed, imprisoned, maimed and humiliated the inhabitants of the rebellious Donbass”. Russia supports the self-proclaimed republics in the same way that “NATO countries still support the Kyiv conspirators”. There are also accusations of Ukraine in Nazism. And at the end of three calls – the immediate resignation of power, the creation of a “non-Bandera state”, the refusal of citizens to sacrifice themselves for the sake of “a gang of Nazi criminals and a clown president”. That is, the requirements coincide with the requirements of Putin. On November 26, the collaborator decided to criticize the distribution of weapons in Kyiv. He tried to portray the defenders of Ukraine as criminals, but this is not the worst thing in the message. Kuzmin accused Ukrainians of shooting a family in Kyiv. And then he justified the murder of civilians by Russia: “But machine guns in the hands of civilians change everything, machine guns equate civilians with the military. This means that any military man from any side of the conflict has the right to destroy a civilian, mistook him for an enemy, even if the civilian was just peacefully smoking on a bench near his entrance with a machine gun under his arm. In this case, other civilians may also accidentally suffer, for example, the smoker's neighbors sitting on the same bench, but without machine guns. No mention of Russia as the aggressor in any of these messages. We suspect that Kuzmin is no longer in Ukraine either.. But we'll take it back to court.

Conclusions:

Renat Kuzmin – a corrupt ex-deputy prosecutor who released a huge number of criminal authorities, while imprisoning no fewer innocents. He got rich, stole a piece of recreational land for himself, and now treason has appeared in his long list of criminal acts.
