Kravets is personally patronized by Omelyan. The fulfillment of the agreement signed between South Western Railways and VITES for the supply of a copy of Booking was stopped by the court – a case is being considered on its illegality. The State Audit Office (SAAU) monitored the procurement, confirming the violation of the law and the illegality of the use of the negotiation procedure instead of open bidding.
